It all began in 2012 when the founders Maximilian and Jonas received a picture of a bamboo bicycle from Niklas from Ghana. They were very excited to build a bicycle from a renewable raw material in Ghana. The young team has since grown and coordinates production, sales, marketing, product development and the implementation of social projects in Ghana in Kiel. This enabled 40 fairly paid jobs to be created in African frame production and a school to be built for 500 children.
